Pricing Terms
- Booking Rates:
- Prices are quoted per person or per group, depending on the activity or event package.
- All rates are in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the rate quoted at the time of booking.
- Payment Methods:
- Payments can be made via online transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, or cash at the venue.
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Group bookings and corporate events may require a 50% advance payment at the time of confirmation, with the remaining balance due before the event.
- Additional Charges:
- Certain activities, food and beverage options, or customized services may carry additional charges.
- Extra services requested on-site will be billed separately.

Terms and Conditions
- Booking Confirmation:
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or advance payment.
- Guests will receive an email confirmation with booking details upon successful payment.
- MUGABU RESORT PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in: 10:00 AM
- Check-out: 6:00 PM
- Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guest Conduct:
- Guests are expected to follow safety guidelines and instructions from Mugabu staff.
- MUGABU RESORT PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to evict any guest displaying inappropriate behavior without refund.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas.
- Health & Safety:
- Guests with medical conditions or physical limitations must inform the staff before participating in adventure activities.
- MUGABU RESORT PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
- Weather Conditions:
- Activities may be rescheduled or canceled due to adverse weather conditions.
- In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or activity.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations by Guests:
- 72+ hours before the event: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- 48–72 hours before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund.
- Cancellations by MUGABU RESORT PRIVATE LIMITED:
- In case of cancellation by the resort due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety issues, or operational concerns), guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- MUGABU RESORT PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred by guests due to cancellations.
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
